Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Day Shift (4x10 Schedule)

PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE POSITION

The Maintenance Tech is responsible to perform a full range of maintenance, repair and service activities on heavy and light equipment as well as repair work around the site.

This position is considered Safety Sensitive for purposes of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act and the Arizona Drug Testing statutes. This position is currently dayshift (4 x 10) with weekends off.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required.
• Must have excellent understanding of hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Able to adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems using hand and power tools.
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment.
