POSITION SUMMARY: Picks up and delivers machinery, equipment, parts, and supplies for the company. Safely operates and maintains assigned company vehicles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Pick-up, deliver and transport equipment, machinery, parts and supplies for the company and its customers.
+ Maintain record of all pick-ups and deliveries including required signatures.
+ Safely load and unload the delivery vehicle.
+ Assist in scheduling equipment pick-up and delivery times and dates.
+ Oversee the condition of equipment being delivered to ensure high standards.
+ Follows all safety rules, procedures, and practices at all times.
+ Maintain all assigned vehicles in good, clean working condition. Performs necessary maintenance.
+ Provide operating instructions to customers at the time of delivery.
+ Ensure customers satisfaction prior to completing delivery.
