Heavy Truck Shop Supervisor, Evening Shift

**Job Summary**
The Maintenance Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading evening maintenance operations across three WM locations - McFarland, Fresno, and Visalia - providing direct oversight, coaching, and development of technicians while ensuring preventive maintenance and standard reports are completed efficiently. This on-site role requires regular weekly travel between locations, strong time management, and the ability to prioritize work across multiple shops to support safe, reliable fleet operations.
