iPSC or Cerebral Organoids and Neurodevelopment Open Rank Faculty PositionDepartment of NeurobiologyUniversity of Alabama at BirminghamThe University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Heersink School of Medicine invites applications for an open-rank faculty position in the Department of Neurobiology. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in the use of human inducible pluripotent stem cell-derived neurons and/or organoids as part of their research program. While this approach can be tailored to study multiple aspects of human neuronal and organoid function and disease, application to the broad area of neurodevelopment and neurodevelopmental disorders is preferred, though not strictly required.
