About the Role
We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia.
As a Facilities Management Helpdesk , your responsibilities will span a variety of tasks, where each situation will require careful attention, analysis, and effective decision‑making. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, raise and manage work orders, coordinate urgent tasks with contractors, process invoices, and manage sign‑off tickets and insurance documentation. You will respond to email enquiries and ensure all jobs are tracked and closed within agreed KPIs.
