Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Descriptions
- To troubleshoot PC, networking and software problems
- Support both external and internal customers' application systems
- Investigate and resolve internal end-user LAN/connectivity problems
- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents to minimize customer downtime
