Overall Assignment Description: Must have certification : IAT II( CCNA Security/ CSA+ / GICSP/ GSEC/ Security+CE/ SSCP) The contractor shall provide on-site support for SDDCs OIS NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers. Help Desk support shall include troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation and peripheral problems IAW approved baseline configurations. The contractor shall establish and maintain a knowledge database of problem resolutions related to service requests and inquiries by SDDC BDE, BN, and DET Level customers.
