**Base Salary** : $575,000 two-year income guarantee followed by RVU production, Quality Bonus, Commencement Bonus, Relocation Allowance, Loan Repayment

**CME** : $4,250 CME Allowance + 5 CME Days

**Malpractice** : Comprehensive malpractice plus tail coverage
