- Maintain a manageable patient load with structured clinic hours
- 4.5-day week - Enjoy 3.5 clinic days, 1 academic day, and NO clinic on Friday afternoons
- Manageable patient load: 30-min follow-up appointments and 1-hr for new patient visits
- No double-booking patients
- Clinic hours 8:30-4:00
- Call 1:6 - Fellows take first call
- Mentor and collaborate with fellows and medical students
