Schedule & Shift Details:

• Full-time coverage needed
• 5 clinic days per week
• 8-hour clinic shifts
• Day schedule
• Clinic begins at 8:00am
• First patient scheduled at 8:15am-8:30am
• Last patient scheduled at 3:30pm
• 30-minute lunch included

Call Requirements:

• Weekend call: 2 weekends per month
• Night call: 10 days per month
• Call rotation: 1:2
• Weeknight call hours: 4:15pm-8:00am
