Location: 60 min. from Fort Wayne, IN
Facility: 58-bed acute hospital
Coverage Dates: March 2026 to ongoing
Schedule: Outpatient clinic coverage; 2 locations (30 min. apart); daytime hours
Practice Details: 50% hematology, 50% oncology, average 30 patients per day, mgmt oof VAD/CV catheters, bone marrow biopsy
Setting: Outpatient, hospital, EMR: EPIC
Certifications: BC (must have AMBS/AOA BC), active IN license or ILMC w/LOQ in hand, BLS
