High Performance Executive - Boccia / Para Swimming / Para Athletics

We are looking for an organised and motivated sport professional to join the Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) as a High Performance Executive — supporting one of three elite para sport programmes during a landmark period for Singapore sport. With Singapore hosting the ASEAN Para Games 2029 (APG29) and ambitious LA28 Paralympic Games targets on the horizon, the High Performance Executive plays a vital enabling role: ensuring athletes, coaches and support staff have everything they need to perform at the highest level.

You will provide hands‑on operational and administrative support to the High Performance Manager for your assigned sport — Para Swimming, Para Athletics, or Boccia — covering programme administration, competition logistics, budget processing, and anti‑doping compliance.
