About the Role

Siiting at the center of the fundamental trading desk. This role focuses on high-touch execution across complex corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Execute Complex Strategies: Manage fundamental execution covering Merger/Risk Arbitrage, Event-Driven, Special Situations, ECM, and Index Rebalances.
• Optimize Risk & Hedging: Oversee Central Risk, Central Liquidity Books, Beta, and FX hedging to minimize drawdown and maximize profitability.
• Build Analytical Tools: Develop tools to optimize execution and identify mispriced market spreads.
• Model Event Scenarios: Build event-driven models for scenario analysis, including prorate calculations, borrow dynamics, and proforma valuations.
