Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Opportunity

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching for students on different courses. Working closely with teaching staff, you’ll provide in‑class support, deliver small‑group activities, and help students develop confidence in numeracy. You’ll also assist with resource preparation and targeted interventions to ensure learners stay engaged and achieve their qualifications.

• Full time Maths HLTA within our Routes provision (37 hours per week)
• Part time HLTA (15 hours per week) across college
