Hil Test Engineer

Job Title: HiL Engineer – dSPACE
Duration : Full Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) Engineer with strong expertise in dSPACE systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and validating real-time simulation environments to support ECU and embedded software testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and maintain HiL simulation models using MATLAB/Simulink
Configure and integrate dSPACE HiL platforms (SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox)
Perform system-level validation and ECU testing in HiL environments
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python, ControlDesk, and AutomationDesk
Design and support wiring, harness, and I/O interface setups for HiL benches
Create and maintain ControlDesk dashboards and test interfaces
Troubleshoot and debug issues across hardware, software, and communication layers
