**$23–$27 per hour - Weekly Pay! | Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday–Friday School Hours**

We are now hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians for the 2026–2027 school year to provide ABA support to students with autism and behavioral needs in schools across Orange County, CA.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students during the school day
+ Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
+ Collect and record data using ABA therapy procedures
+ Support students’ communication, social-emotional, and behavioral skill development
+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
+ Maintain professionalism and consistency across school environments

**Qualifications**

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
+ 6+ months of ABA experience (required)
+ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)
