Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating procurement and commercial agreements to achieve a calibrated best position for the Company from contractual and business perspectives.
- Advising on all relevant policy, compliance and regulatory matters, particularly in relation to cybersecurity & data laws, company law, contract law, intellectual property law, digital and technology laws under the general context of Synapxe Procurement.
- Advising on and managing contracting documentation and processes.
- Work closely with Procurement, Legal and other corporate functions and stakeholders.
- Minimally a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (a degree in Law and/or relevant PQE gained in legal practice or in‑house would be an advantage).
