Roles and Responsibilities Candidate 1: A chartered accountant with at least 2-3 years’ experience or may be up to 4-5 years, in the NBFC sector. Having knowledge of preparing financial statements, Ind-AS, RBI compliance. Having worked in retail NBFC and prepared financial statements under Ind-AS is required. He should be able to go through and understand RBI and other regulatory guidelines, new notification and their implementation in financial statements. He should be able to handle RBI compliance like Monthly / Quarterly returns, inspection, and ad-hoc regulatoryrequirements. He would be controlling overall trial balance and financial statements, including consolidation. Good knowledge of Excel would be required for this purpose.
