The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, accurate and culturally informed service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen using POS systems.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, cooking styles and specialty dishes such as sushi rolls, sashimi, teppanyaki selections, dim sum varieties and wok preparations.
• Recommend menu pairings, sauces, condiments and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation.
