Hiring: Full-Time Remote Appointment Setter Backer

Cyberbacker is seeking a persuasive and results-driven Appointment Setter Backer to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, you will engage leads, build interest, and set qualified appointments that drive successful client relationships.



What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to a high volume of leads to schedule appointments

Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects until appointments are secured

Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from potential clients

Follow structured scripts to communicate value and handle objections

Update CRM records accurately after each interaction

Coordinate and manage appointment calendars



Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
