**Hiring MIG Welders - pay up to $30/hour.**

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

+ Set up machines & operate wire feed welding equipment.
+ Perform MIG welds on steel up to 1 inch thick.
+ Multi‑pass welds including 3‑pass welds to meet standards.
+ Read blueprints & apply GD&T for accuracy.
+ Inspect welds for quality & make adjustments.
+ Follow safety with proper PPE & clean workspace.

**Required Skills ( Not Mandatory):**

+ 2+ years of MIG welding experience on heavy gauge steel.
+ Proficiency in stainless & mild steel welding.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints & fabrication drawings.
+ Knowledge of GD&T.
+ Strong safety focus & attention to detail.

**Pay & Shift:**

+ All Shifts are available
+ Pay is based on Experience.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
