- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple platforms (service delivery apps, ERP/compliance systems, AI/chatbot solutions and future products) with strong focus on timelines, quality, and scalability
- Translate business needs into execution-ready blueprints, epics, user stories, and sprint plans
- Drive Agile execution and ensure consistent sprint velocity and milestone delivery
