Histopathology Laboratory Quality and Process Improvement Lead (12-18 Month Freelance Contract)
Overview
Join a fast-moving digital pathology environment as our Lab Quality and Process Improvement Lead. You’ll help maintain compliance while driving practical, data-led quality improvements that reduce errors, strengthen workflow reliability, and support accredited histopathology laboratory operations. This role combines hands‑on quality management with a strong change-driving mindset–partnering with scientists and operations teams to implement improvements that stick.
Required Skills
- Degree in Biomedical Science or a similar life science discipline
- Previous experience working in ISO 15189 accredited histopathology laboratories
- Strong knowledge of histochemistry workflows and quality/compliance requirements
