As an HL Correspondent Pricing Associate within Home Lending, you support mortgage pricing analytics, performance reporting, and profitability insights for the Correspondent channel. You monitor rate sheets, market spreads, competitor actions, and secondary market execution to assess relative pricing position and explain how rate volatility affects borrower affordability and demand.
