Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Contract: Temporary until 31st August 2027

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus INSETs

Pay Scale: Grade 8 £32,597 - £35,412 per annum FTE (£24,627 - £26,754 pro rata)

About the Role

As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with teachers and school leaders, you will deliver high-quality learning activities, provide targeted interventions, and occasionally lead whole-class learning in the absence of a teacher.
