Job Description Drive problem framing and discovery across ambiguous Publishing Platform initiatives — translate messy business needs into clear workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Own requirement quality end-to-end: from intake through User Acceptance Testing, release readiness, and adoption follow-up. Partner with Design on website and admin User Interface structure, screen flows, wireframes, and copy to ensure usability stays practical, not just pretty. Align with Line Manager, Publishing stakeholders, Frontend, Backend, Quality Assurance, Data, Design, and Operations on scope, trade-offs, and risk — proactively, not reactively.
