Kindly Note:

• Qualification: M. Design / MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• Experience: 8 – 12 years in Business Development / Product Management
• Industry Preference: Prior experience in STEAM Toys, Educational Products, Stationery, EdTech, or FMCG industry preferred
• Compensation: Salary range between 25 – 30 LPA

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Identify and expand new business opportunities across schools, educational institutions, distributors, retailers, modern trade, and e-commerce channels.
