Home Health Registered Nurse (Torreón)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) near Torreon, NM to provide patient care in accordance with physician established care plans.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity. Care is provided at the patient's residence. The patient requires 24 hours of daily nursing care. We are looking for AM and PM shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, each shift lasting 12 hours.

Compensation: $45 - $55 per hour. Sign-on bonus: $7,500 if you work a minimum of 36 hours or 3 shifts per week.

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
• Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record.
• Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments, coordination of care.
• Perform various activities associated with daily living.
