Home Health: RN or LPN Visit Nurse (North Central)

The RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position: RN or LPN Visit Nurse for Home Health RN Salary: $85,000-$87,000/year, depending on experience LPN Hourly: $23.00/hour - $26.00/hour, depending on experience plus PPV of $45 per completed visit

Service Area: North Central (coverage area: North Loop/North Minneapolis, Fridley, Columbia Heights, Blaine, Ham Lake, Andover, East Bethel, Golden Valley, Robbinsdale, Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Anoka, Coon Rapids, Oak Grove & surrounding). Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile.
