The Base File Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level position supporting multiple mortgage channels. This role is responsible for reviewing, organizing, and maintaining initial documentation for home loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending guidelines. The specialist facilitates efficient processes that support business objectives and customer service standards, starting with basic disclosure tasks and progressing to advanced responsibilities over time.
