Henderson House Care Home is a well established 60‑bed nursing, residential and dementia care service in Dalgety Bay, Fife. The Home Manager will lead the improvement plan, reinforce clinical governance, and embed person‑centred standards of care to drive quality and support the dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the home’s improvement plan and embed consistent person‑centred standards of care.
• Reinforce robust clinical governance and safe, effective care processes.
• Provide clear, visible leadership and support the resident‑care team.
