The role involves handling live transferred calls from agents and closing sales for home warranty services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take live transferred calls from agents
Convert interested customers into sales
Explain home warranty plans and benefits
Maintain high closing ratio and professionalism
Requirements
Experience in Home Warranty or Final Expense closing preferred
Strong English communication skills
Ability to handle inbound transferred calls
Sales closing experience in call center environment
