Your new role

As a Homeownership Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of a varied portfolio, ensuring every site is safe,pliant and managed in line with lease obligations.Key Responsibilities

Site management — Attend sites at least twice per week toplete inspections, identify repairs, monitor standards and ensure health & safetypliance.

Office collaboration — Attend the office at least once per week to work with colleagues across finance,pliance, customer service and major works.

Leasehold services — Manage LPE1 packs, permissions, lease interpretation, staircasing, lease extensions, resales and other leasehold transactions.
