Homeroom teacher

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
* B.Ed. / D.Ed. / Montessori or equivalent qualification preferred
* Knowledge of Phonics (Mandatory)
* 2–5 years of experience in primary teaching, preferably PrePrimary
* Good communication and classroom management skills
* Patient, nurturing, and child-friendly personality

Responsibilities:
* Handle classroom teaching and overall class management for PrePrimary
* Teach core subjects using engaging and activity-based methods
* Use phonics strategies to develop reading, pronunciation, and language skills
* Support foundational literacy and numeracy development
* Create a positive, safe, and interactive classroom environment
* Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments as per curriculum requirements
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
* Encourage participation, creativity, and independent learning habits
