What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of all homestay units to the highest standards
• Coordinating with external service providers for laundry, repairs, and other support services
• Managing bookings, check-in and check-out processes, and guest communications
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant hospitality and tourism regulations
• Regularly inspecting the condition of unit equipment and facilities, candidates with basic repairing skills are preferred.
