Role Overview: The Homeware Manager will oversee the homeware department, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. Responsibilities Include: Manage daily operations and team performance Drive sales and achieve targets Implement merchandising strategies to maximise sales Monitor stock levels, ordering, and replenishment Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries Analyse sales trends and performance Requirements Key Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric (essential) 2-3 years of retail sales experience in homeware sales in a retail environment Strong leadership and team management skills Sales-driven with excellent business acumen Passion for homeware and interior trends Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
