Service Porter – Automotive Service Department Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Service Porter to join our Service Department team. The Porter plays a key role in maintaining efficient vehicle flow, supporting Service Advisors and Technicians, and ensuring a smooth customer pick-up and drop-off experience.   Primary Responsibilities: • Move customer vehicles to and from the service drive, parking lot, and shop area after repair orders are written. • Safely transport vehicles through the car wash upon service completion. • Stage and park completed vehicles in designated pick-up areas. • Locate vehicles quickly and efficiently when customers arrive for pick-up. • Assist Service Advisors with vehicle organization and lot flow. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas. • Perform visual inspections for damage before and after moving vehicles. • Ensure keys are properly tagged and returned to the correct location. • Support techn...
