We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Home Care Aide** to provide paraprofessional services to our home care clients. This role supports the care plan developed by the primary nurse and prescribed by the physician, in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Deliver personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
+ Assist with household tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
+ Monitor and record vital signs as directed.
+ Support clients with self-administered medications (no direct administration).
+ Use safety equipment appropriately to ensure client well-being.
