**Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Servicing Grand Rapids, MI**

**Shift/Hours: Monday -Friday 8am-5pm EST**

As a Hospice CNA you will provide paraprofessional services to the organization’s home care clients as developed by the primary nurse and as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the state’s Nurse Practice Act, and any other regulations defining home health aide / hospice aide services.
