**What We’re Looking For**

**Basic Requirements**

+ High school diploma or GED
+ Completion of a state‑approved and federally compliant training program, plus passing a competency evaluation
+ At least **1 year** of experience as an aide in a home care, hospice, or facility setting
+ Meets all agency hiring standards (including professional references)
+ Able to work independently while maintaining professional, respectful relationships with clients and families
+ Willing to stay up-to-date with agency policies, training, and best practices
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
+ Commitment to our mission, Code of Ethics, and Compliance Program
+ Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable supporting clients in a home environment
