Hospice Support Specialist

**PeaceHealth is seeking a Hospice Support Specialist for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $22.89 – $34.33.** The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

**Hours:** 0800-1630 Mon-Fri

Responsible for providing dedicated clerical and administrative support to clinical and non-clinical interdisciplinary hospice team as well as front line service to patients and families. Applies knowledge and independent judgment to complete a wide range of assignments and resolve problems. Frequent contacts include internal and external customers to gather information or provide information. Provides excellent customer service to patients, families, staff, and external contacts.
