Our Hospital CNM is moving on to an exciting new opportunity, and while she will be hugely missed, we are looking forward to welcoming the right person into this important role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to make a real impact within a busy, supportive and progressive hospital team.
**About the Role**
This is a senior, hands-on leadership position combining meaningful clinical work with protected management time. You’ll work closely with the Group Nursing Manager, our Branch CNM, and the wider Linnaeus Nursing Community to support outstanding patient care and consistent nursing standards across our busy 24-hour hospital and six sites.
You will:
+ Lead, coach and mentor RVNs, SVNs and PCAs, with direct line management of Lead Nurses
+ Support the nursing rota across the hospital, ensuring robust cover, continuity...
