Hospital Facilities Manager

Location: On-site – Beckley, WV

This is not a maintenance-by-clipboard role.

We need a hands-on, driven Facilities Manager to take charge of an aging hospital facility that requires immediate attention, strong leadership, and operational turnaround. This building needs upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and disciplined execution — and we need someone ready to step in and lead from the front.

You will serve as the single point of contact for facilities operations, overseeing plant operations, compliance, budgeting, vendor management, and team performance. This role demands visibility in the field, mechanical room presence, and the ability to make real-time decisions that impact critical healthcare operations.
