About the Role

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership position combining meaningful clinical work with protected management time. You’ll work closely with the Group Nursing Manager, our Branch CNM, and the wider Linnaeus Nursing Community to drive outstanding patient care and consistent nursing standards across our busy 24‑hour hospital and six sites.

You Will:

• Lead, coach and mentor RVNs, SVNs and PCAs, with direct line management of Lead Nurses
