We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and coordinate nursing operations within a specialized long-term acute care facility. Duties

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care aligned with facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex medical conditions such as ventilator dependence, dialysis needs, or dementia care
• Monitor patient assessments, vital signs, and physiological parameters to promptly identify changes requiring intervention
