Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity

Willis Knighton Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Hospitalist to join our dedicated pediatric inpatient team at Willis Knighton South in Shreveport, LA. This role delivers comprehensive, high-quality care to pediatric patients within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Schedule and Coverage

• Rotation: 7 days on, 7 days off.
• Team Structure: 4-physician rotation model.
• Day Shifts: In-house floor management and admissions.
• Night Shifts: Unrestricted call from home.
• Newborn Nursery: Q4 weekend unassigned nursery coverage at Willis Knighton South. Paid unassigned nursery shifts at Willis Knighton Pierremont.

Compensation Structure

• Competitive Shift + wRVU compensation on both day and night shifts.
• Unassigned Nursery Call compensation. Minimum of 4 days paid unassigned nursery call per month.
