Opportunity Description
Urgent: Multiple Hospitalists needed in Rural SW Wisconsin; Competitive Rate Location: City of Prairie du Chien, in Crawford County, near the borders with Iowa and Minnesota.
- 9/30 - 10/24
- I also have another location in the next county to the East, Richland. This location has the following dates:
- 9/22 - 9/25
- 10/1 - 10/3
- 10/20 - 10/28
- Credentialing at this site takes 45 days
- Setting: Inpatient Hospital
- Shifts: noon to noon 24 hr shifts, 12+ hours on 12 hours Call (on site sleeping arrangements and meals)
- Requirements:
- BE/BC IM/Hospitalist
- Active, clean Wisconsin License
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
- Must commit to minimum of one 4-7 day placement unless otherwise noted. (Can accept more than one provider to cover the 3+ weeks...
