Shift and status
Casual , variable hours, 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 2:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m., and variable weekends.

Job Summary
The Hospitality Associate provides support to patients, their families and other guests throughout the hospital. They serve as a resource, oversee Lost and Found functions, conduct bedside rounding to support patient, family members and guests, resolving issues and look for opportunities to enhance the Corewell experience. The Hospitality Associates communicate with Hospital leaders to resolve issues and communicate as appropriate. They also participate in event planning & execution for various celebrations for patients and families (weddings, baby showers, birthdays, etc.) and support the guest department scheduling and maintenance.
