Hospitality Operations Lead

Number86 is looking for a sharp, hands-on Floor Manager who knows how to run a high-energy venue with confidence, pace, and standards.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who understands hospitality, commands a floor naturally, and can keep service smooth even when the room is full and the pressure is on.

- Ability to manage staff, service flow, and guest experience simultaneously
