Opportunity Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel & Flight Coordination:
- Act as the single point of contact between the Guest Relations Department and the contracted travel agency throughout the festival cycle.
- Receive, review, and process all guest travel requests forwarded by the Guest Relations team and communicate confirmed itineraries back in a timely manner.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound flight bookings, airport transfers, and visa support documentation for international and domestic guests.
- Maintain a live, updated master travel schedule for all assigned guests.
- Monitor flight statuses and proactively manage disruptions (delays, cancellations, rebookings) in coordination with the travel agency.
- Liaise daily with travel agency account managers to confirm bookings, manage amendments, and resolve discrepancies.
